Dr. Ronald S. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from American University, Dr. Perlman attended Howard University College of Medicine and completed both his General Surgery training and his Residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital. Following completion of his residency, he did a fellowship at the University of Alabama Hospital in Hand Surgery and Micro vascular surgery.
Dr. Perlman has been in private practice in the Washington, D.C. area since 1984. He is one of the areas leading cosmetic surgeons. Dr. Perlman is also very active in the community, serving as Chairman of the Board for Second Chance Employment Services, a Washington charity that helps find jobs for abused and underprivileged woman. Dr. Perlman has also done pro bono work for these women.
